Want to Visit?

Planning to come to Mermaid Theatre for a visit? We'd love to have you. Our facilty includes the production workshops where we build our puppets as well as our attached Performing Arts Centre. Visitors to Mermaid can see our history told in the dozens of puppets that are scattered throughout our offices, and may often see one of our shows being built or rehearsed.

We also welcome school or community groups to the facility for tours and other activities--We can put on an interactive puppetry demonstrations and even a full workshop. Fees apply for these extras and are subject to instructor availability. Teachers, click here for details about workshops here or at your school.

There is no charge to drop in for a tour, though we gladly accept donations (tax receipts are available upon request)
